Structural Cantilever Racking
We offer two options for structural cantilever racking based on the demands of your application:
LD (Light-Duty) Columns: Featuring a 4″ structural I-beam upright with 3″ vertical arm adjustments, these racks are ideal for medium to heavy-duty loads. They offer strength and flexibility for typical warehouse storage needs.
HD (Heavy-Duty) Columns: Built with a 5″ structural I-beam upright and 4″ vertical arm adjustments, these heavy-duty columns are suited for medium, heavy, and extra-heavy loads. This makes them perfect for storing large, dense materials like steel beams, lumber, or piping in industrial settings.
Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Cantilever Racking
Our Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Cantilever Racking allows for maximum storage density for warehouses where space optimization is critical. Constructed from durable structural angles, this racking system features two guide rail installation options: integrated into the unit’s base or anchored directly to the floor. Both options come with welded end-of-aisle guardrails to protect the aisles and allow forklift drivers to navigate tight spaces, enhancing safety and efficiency safely.
L or T Shed Cantilever Racking
Designed for outdoor storage, L-Shed and T-Shed Cantilever Racking offers practical solutions for lumberyards, shipping yards, and any outdoor storage application.
L-Shed Cantilever Racks: These are single-sided racks designed to be installed against a wall or along the side of a building. They provide weather protection for long materials while maximizing outdoor storage space.
T-Shed Cantilever Racks: Offering double-sided storage, T-Shed racks are perfect for maximizing capacity in open areas, allowing access to stored materials from both sides.
Both L and T-sheds are designed for snow and wind loads. This ensures they are structurally sound and safe. You can also add L or T sheds to your current cantilever racks. This upgrade will improve your current Cogan cantilever racks to protect the material stored on the rack.
